Equipment Access

Any Partner signing up for access for equipment will need to fill in a forecast tool within 7 business days of signing the Business Agreement or risk losing access to the line.

Partners can take advantage of the following NATE bundle offer:

1 NATE CORE Training and Testing + TWO NATE Specializations (pick two from AC Service, AC Install, Heat Pump Service, Heat Pump Install, Gas Heat)

2 years of FREE JU Online classes needed to maintain your NATE certification. That’s right. Johnstone will cover the cost of the minimum number of required classes needed to maintain your certification when taken through JU Online.

How to Earn an Incentive Trip

How to earn an Incentive Trip.

1.Sign up for it at the time of Business Agreement signing

2.Commit to $300,000 or more in yearend spend

3.Be on track to hit the $300,000 or willing to pay a “buy in”

Reminder of commitment levels

$300K to $600K gets you a Rebate or an Incentive Trip

$600K plus gets you the option to get both

 

 

*Restrictions apply on Commitment level 3 and when adding additional Incentive Trips.

At commitment level 3, when opting for both the rebate and the Incentive Trip.

Rebate is paid only once 25% growth over previous years sales is achieved and only paid on remain sales after $300,000 is subtracted for the trip.

 

Example:

123 AC purchased $600,000 in previous year. 2023 target sales number would = $750,000 minimum.

Let’s say their 2023 year-end sales equal $800,000 thus achieving more than the minimum required to earn the rebate.

$300,000 would be subtracted from the $800,000 total for the trip leaving $500,000.

The 1% rebate back to dollar one would then only be paid on the remaining $500,000.
